Women of Color in Research Administration (WOCRA) is a professional social impact non-profit organization that aims to support the professional and personal growth of women of color in research & research administration.


Our focus is to advance diversity, equity, and inclusion by providing opportunities for professional development, networking, information sharing, allyship, and advocacy. WOCRA is a global communal space that empowers and promotes an inclusive and equitable profession, creating representation and visibility for women of color in research & research administration.


WOCRA welcomes all individuals committed to disrupting the status quo, promoting change, and being game changers, as well as sponsors, mentors, and leaders ready to support and uplift our community. This Privacy Policy describes how Women of Color in Research Administration (WOCRA) collects, uses, and discloses information collected from attendees (referred to as "Users") during the registration process and participation in WOCRA events, these").

We may collect personal identification information from Users in various ways, including, but not limited to, when Users register for our Events, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features, or resources associated with our Events.
